DP Developments was initiated in 2006 by Mr Christopher Detton and Mr Mike Parr - both partners, and friends, having solid history within the building & maintenance industry with a combined 35 years experience between them. With their vast knowledge and understanding of the industry, together they began to build their own team of reliable, trustworthy and professional tradesmen that work to the same ethos as both partners, to deliver the best possible standard of work along with the utmost in customer services.
Mr Christopher Detton was awarded the prestigious 2012 Flintshire County Council Contractor of the Year award for his customer service contributions, both to council workers and tenants. Our primary aim is to ensure that each and every one of our customers & clients receive a professional service from start to finish - whether they are private, council or housing association residents, we believe that everybody from all walks of life deserves to live in a comfortable and pleasant home environment and also have the right to be kept up-to-date with all works throughout each project, 'communication is the key to success' being one of DP Developments many motto's.
Now, 7 years later, DP Developments are extremely proud to be one of the leading contractors for Flintshire County Council and PenAlyn Property Maintenance (a sub-division of Clwyd Alyn Housing Association), carrying out works throughout North & Mid Wales and Cheshire. We have teams of tradesmen allocated for each project and job that we carry out, ensuring that not only will you receive the utmost quality and professionalism, you will also receive this in the quickest time possible, because nobody likes to be left hanging around.
Our guarantee to our customers is that DP Developments will work with you from to start to finish on all works carried out - from the initial enquiry to the final handshake on completion of works, DP Developments ensure that you are kept up-to-date and in control of the works at all times. All of our trades carry a minimum of a 12 month guarantee (individual trades may carry a longer guarantee, please ask one of our staff for further information when making enquiries), if something unforeseeen occurs after completion of the works, all it takes from you is a quick call to our office and we will act with urgency in order to rectify the situation for you.
